I just realized how nice it is to have a Tarot deck again after nearly a year and a half without one. Hey for fun I thought it would be cfi (cool-fun-interesting) to do readings of the the Abrahadabra triangle. I'd like to see what others get.

Sword and shield spread.

In order of throw:

Two of Cups
The Magician
Page of Cups
Five of Pentacles
Four of Pentacles
Ace of Pentacles
Two of Wands
Temperence (reversed)
Three of Wands
King of Cups

Curious absence of swords and while the magican was no surprise, temperance lands on its head? Two of wands is the hilt of the sword, interesting clue there so I'm seeing a lack of temperance and three of wands as the two edges of the sword and the king of cups as the point. Maybe Abrahadabra is just too big for the book of the tarot...

yeah...the absence of swords is baffling...alchemical "air" and all of that...
might try a different spread: something more like this...

just an idea...I use this a lot myself but I don't use their attributes and I always include a crossing card at center.

I use planetary attributes personally on all 10 positions:
1 - Neptune
2 - Uranus
3 - Saturn
4 - Jupiter
5 - Mars
6 - Sol (sun)
7 - Venus
8 - Mercury
9 - Luna (moon)
10 - Earth

cool deck though...

Alright, here's what I got

1. Two of Swords (reversed)
2. King of Pentacles (reversed)
3. Nine of Pentacles (reversed)
4. Ace of Swords
5. The Moon
6. Three of Cups (reversed)
7. The Chariot (reversed)
8. Two of Pentacles (reversed)
9. Ace of Wands (reversed)
10. Four of Pentacles

I like this spread a lot, and use it with some frequency - though admittedly I've been using P'an Ku and Nu Kua Mirrors for most of my fortunetelling needs - they have more personality.

Why do you associate those planets with the positions, are they connected with the Sephira numbers?

That's it exactly...

Although sometimes there are alternates, of course:
