I have been doing a lot of work on removing of blockages in my system through mantras and meditation on the chakras. Recently I had an argument with someone and not only did my kundalini seem to drag out into the open my shadow but theirs as well and it kind of freaked them that they were so reactionary.
The blockage during meditation seemed to feel like a tennis ball of pain moving from the middle of my back and up to between my shoulderblades until it finally shifted by concentrating the excessive energies back into the spine and out to the higher centres.
