Some of you may know me from another forum.
For those that don't, here's the skinny dip; you would do no wrong in calling me a Thelemite, for therein are three grades. An aspirant to the A.'. A.'. and initiate of O.T.O., practitioner of the Sabbatic Craft of Cultus Sabbati, and worshiper upon the high altar of Kentuckian weirdness.

My musical predilections are for the bizzare, evocative, epic, striking, surreal, divine, tragic & nostalgic.
My film predilections are for the horrific, noir, weird, sordid, grotesque, violent, apocalyptic & documentive.
My literature predilections are for the macabre, curious, magickal, ancient, deviant, poetic, occult, & sacred.
My life is devoted to the study and practice of Magick or Scientific Illuminism; seeking to establish knowledge and conversation with the Holy Guardian Angel. My main study encompasses the texts of all the Great Masters of every land and time with the aim of establishing a fit temple for Illumination.
I also work to establish the Law of Thelema received by Aleister Crowley in 'The Book of the Law' as the sole foundation of morality amid this Aeon of the Crowned and Conquering Child in Light, Life, Love, and Liberty.
As an informal student of Antiquity, I work towards a personal understanding of Western Esotericism. My plans are to earn a scholarly degree in this area of research. As such I enjoy collecting relics, incunabula, and papyri of magical or unusual significance.
Specializations are for insects; my abilities and interests often go well beyond the more specific lines above. I believe in everything, including nothing. There is no idea, imaginable or unimaginable, which I do not affirm. As life promises death, so shall any death but promise life. The essential nature of paradox solves all questions of philosophy.
