Hello Frater Y. I think you will love AF as much as we do. There is a nice balance here of magickal discussion and some personal, community-building areas as well. The people here, as m1thr0s put it, really do care about the pursuit of knowledge and there is no major ego stuff going on here. It's so refreshing. I have little time for high magick in my life right now and I miss it, but AF keeps me connected and learning. I love the spirit of friendship, respect and maturity here; I suspect you will too.

Thanks for the warm welcome, everybody. It's a great atmosphere here, and, you know what, it looks like the quality of the discussion is much better than I've seen elsewhere. Hopefully I'll join in some of those discussions within the next week or so (when I managed to catch up with all the posts).
