I'll use this thread to post my sigils and pieces of visual art. To begin with is this small piece which I produced using only MS Paint and Photoshop:

After being successful with this, I went on to create this:

I've always wanted to ask you Rin...do you work with a tablet of some kind or do you do most of your stuff on the computer? You seem to have this perfect blend between organic and digital going on...

I wish I had a tablet. I work exclusively on the computer, since that's all I have at the moment. I'm curious to know what I could accomplish if I did have a tablet, or even a scanner. ;)

well I am a little dumbfounded at how you do it then...I have seen some of your other stuff...at your site and around. I expect a careful artist to be able to get good precision with computers and even a lot of dynamic shapes etc...but your stuff positively flows, man...like water colors or something. Very distinctive and not so easily accomplished...
yeah...you need a tablet. The funny thing is I actually have one but right now am working in too tight to even use it...Watcom...smaller one...don't even bother with the smaller one though. When the time comes...go with the bigger one...
Although I am not entirely sure you really need it...seriously...you are doing something that almost cannot be done...

I'm very flattered, m1thr0s. Thank you! I've looked at tablets, and saw some beautiful ones online for a couple hundred dollars. Perhaps one day I'll invest in one (and I'll be sure to spend the extra money to get the big one).
I guess I just use effects and tools intuitively, and what results is something that flows. :)

well, flattery sucks. don't mean to embarass in any way...
I think I'll just get the hell out of your way at this point...looking forward to seeing more of your stuff!

I've always wanted a tablet. Rin, I can't believe your doing all of that without even a scanner! You definitely have a talent for it.

Last year I was taking Philosophy 100 in University, and it was all Western philosophy. I was so bored out of my mind that instead of taking notes, I drew violent comics featuring this character and his/her adventures in slaughtering bunnies, putting on narcotic hats, talking to enchanted pieces of toast, and going on the search for God (who takes the form of a Panda) for the sake of revenge, while fighting off God's minions (the Teletubbies).
Needless to say, I thoroughly enjoyed the class. My friends are trying to get me publish the comics that came out of that.

This is the most complex animated gif I've made to date. I would have had it doing a lot more, but my computer's processor started to give out toward the end.

Feels quite one to one with the origins of Hebrew and it's work on earth he. :D Neat! Even got the same color hue that my turd eye has registered.

I can't believe that's a gif Rin...whew...nearly a whole star trek episode in itself!
love your borders too...nice touch...very zen...
I think you need to pass out seat belts for some of this stuff...I nearly fell right into that mandalla...hehe...
BTW...Have you seen the new Zazzle (http://www.zazzle.com/) site? Don't judge them by their homepage...it's a little lame, but I have a friend who has been working through CafePress for years who sent me this link because she's decided to move all her stuff to their site. She claims the quality of the work they do is significantly better and they pay good royalties and have other little perks for artists...
Just thought you might be interested. I am thinking of giving them a try...though they don't have much in the way of "occult" art yet...maybe that's a good thing...good time to make a move on these guys etc... Anyway, just FYI...
