Hey. I don't really want to go too much into the details here, but recently, I have had several astral projection experiences that I didn't intend, while I was awake. Like I'm sitting there, or reading, or eating, or whatever, and BAM, I'm actually somewhere else, just as in willed AP, but at first, I didn't know how I got there, and had to travel back (or, after I realized what was going on, willed my way back, but that's uncomfortable and tiring for me sometimes). It doesn't happen constantly, but it's happened enough that's it kind of bothering me.
Has this happened to any of you?

Hello hitaman777. How intense is the sensation of the new surroundings etc? For instance, would you say you find yourself completely transfered or do you simply experience a mild double presence of sorts, both 'here' and 'there'? Also, for how long does it occur, usually?

I love the term "spontaneous projection"...it's right up there with "projectile illumination"...lol...
this has occured with me in fact, although perhaps not quite under "clinically controlled conditions"...hehe...

THe experience was pretty damned intense. No bilocationality at all.
The time duration I would say has been about fifteen minutes mostly.

So you have been exclusively experiencing the alternate (the projected) location, body and surroundings for 15 whole minutes while being completely unconscious to your physical body? In what state was your physical body when you returned?

Just how I left it, but not moving. Usually just sitting in a chair.
No drugs are involved in this either. Trying to make sense of this, but mainly, see if there is any way I can make this benefit me.

So, since they were spontaneous incidents, I assume you were actually not aiming at such an experience at all while sitting there and it came totally by surprise (?). Do you have any other spontaneous side-effects of loss of physical consciousness apart from these, like tendencies to faint or narowing of vision etc?

It could certainly be put to productive use, although you must learn to control it better and induce it upon yourself consciously instead. Since it happens to you and you can directly perceive the experience throughout, you're more than half-way there I think.

Interesting story.

Could you describe the experience as being like the TV cartoon Delta State?
How is your body temperature when this occurs? Do you feel cold?

Yeah, I get this sometimes, rarely with drugs either (which for me is just ganga). It happens when I'm in intense 'turning point' spaces yet also in a relatively safe place to allow for it, eg sitting down and not driving or anything. I pass out over about the course of 10 minutes and just can't stay awake, even though I may try. Then I'm usually back within about 15 minutes or so.

When I'm back I've usually got a new set of information, or energy patterns to my soul, or something useful / significant. To make it benefit you the trick I think is to 'steal' things from wherever you are projected to, eg take in their minds, the energies of the room, the leyline patterns there, or such stuff. Maybe their souls or some jing energy if you incline that way...

This ever happen to you where you end up in the Vatican at the Swiss Guards command centre, out of interest? Military secret bases are always fun too, cuz they've usually got 'strong' (haha, right....) PSI defences there, using tech and stuff too.

all the best,
Oazaki.

Yeah. No real other side effects except sometimes feeling "tingly" when upon return. Also, I am able to AP at will, the only reason I bring up this thread is that now a few times it has happened without my intending it too.
I don't know what Delta State is.
Hope this clears things up. It hasn't happened again since I started this thread, though.

Can you AP at will back to the places where you are 'going'? If so, I suggest going there and exploring these new found places.
