Some say that they have recorded the sound of the sun
It sounds hauntingly like a radio that isnt tuned quite on station.

I think Nasa on the Cassini mission recorded other planets sounds but I will have to check it out. The ancients talked of these very 'sound of the spheres'.

I've been experimenting with binaural beat recordings
that sound very similar to the audio clip linked above...

And speaking of the sun, I just finished watching this on pbs:

After the fun we had on the recent 'Hex on Saturn' thread, it certainly
doesn't surprise me that Saturn 'sounds' like a 50's sci-fi thriller...!

Absolutely amazing, and so very fitting of both planets...thanks for that baenheh...

I've actually been hearing something surprisingly similar to that sun audio clip very often when in states of consciousness that allow me to be receptive in subtle sound activity. Very interesting.

Great links,

Kain

MythMath...Do you think we could reverse engineer here to find the numbers behind both of these recordings?

Well, the sun clip really sounds very similar to
the binaural beat stuff I've been working on...

It wouldn't be that hard to determine the base
frequency and the rate of the modulating pulse...

The saturn clip is more sonically dense and complex,
but after a bit of scrutiny, (most of?) the textural nuances
could be unraveled, identified and re-assembled...

But I don't want to sound just like all the other heavenly bodies,
I'm searching for my own unique sound, man, you dig...? :p

Firstly, I wasn't suggesting you sound like anything but unique. Second, do you think the recordings are actual or increased or decreased in (frequency?) to be audible? Third, I was going with this in the manner that if we could come up with some numbers, maybe we could assign some gematria that might lend to some form or known verbal.written language?

Ideas?

What on earth could the planets in the heavens
possibly know, that we don't know already...?

(That's funny, there was a loud crack of thunder and
lightning right after I typed that question mark... )
