This is a drawing I drew with charcoal. Not exactly sure what it's about - open to interpretation . . .

I bet that was really fun to draw! I like charcoal....good for fine art and good for abstract stuff too. When i used charcoal, I feel more connected to the work of art itself. A pencil does feel like an extension of my hand, but charcoal sometimes feels like an extension of my brain...straight from my brain to paper. It's also messy and that's kinda fun too. :D
I really need to start producing more art again. I've had a lack of motivation and inspiration that's lasted a couple of years now and I'm hoping that once we really get the forum going, I'll feel moved by something.
