A few weeks ago I had a VERY unsettling dream. When I woke up immediatly after it I had a hard time breathing and I was feeling very chilly. This lasted for about half an hour, and during the rest of the day I got that unsettling feeling back a few times. It was a bit like flashbacks, but without the visual aspect.

Normally I never experience things like this, my dreamworld is always completely separated from my waking life. Are there maybe other people on this forum who have had similar experiences? I tried finding a latent meaning behind the manifest dream content but I couldn't, dream analysis is something I never do though.

Greetings,
Yannick

Yes. I think it is okay Nyghtfall. I think you will find it has to do with switching up to higher planes and takes a few days to become accustomed to. These things tend to be a natural progression of the evolution of your body of light.

Here's a helpful thread dealing with that topic:

kinda sounds like an anxiety attack Nyghtfall...doesn't have to be that but this all meets specs that way.

Dreams can be very unnerving...even so-called *normal* dreams. You gotta figure dreams are mostly sorting out garbage on a sub-conscious level where the mind plays out all kinds of bizarre scenarios based on things happening in your world. And that world is n-u-t-s by in large. Some percentage of your dreams are gonna be nuts too.

But that's only one level of things...there's definitely others. Not until you really develop an unusual/persistent dream pattern of some kind would you normally begin taking these very seriously though...

Nightmares give everybody the chills...that's sort of their job, actually...
