Hey guys, what's up. I found this forum through OF as some of you probably know already from having seen and talked to me over there. I've actually held an interest in the ABRAHADABRA formula for some time, and I used to use it to a small extent. I'm, of course, a Chaote, and proud. I'm very interested in the things I've read so far on the abrahadabra site, and while I may not yet be a Heremtic Alchemist, adding another title to my list wouldn't be a bad thing. ;) Hah, I'm looking forward to reading and learning more about this stuff and discussing various occulty things with you all. Not all of us are Hermetic Alchemists, but everything here revolves around some very interesting concepts, like we all have different language to describe the same thing! :yes:

Mutational Alchemy is really just a term of convenience, although it is an accurate term so I will almost certainly keep it. Whether it is more an extension of Hermetic Alchemy or Chaos Magic is sort of up for grabs...probably a blend of both to some extent.

But that's not as important as what the model itself reveals.

Even though this site is built around this theme, that's not the only thing going on. I hope you find things of value to you here. Looking forward to your posts...

m1thr0s, I am equally glad I found your site. My nick is a derivation of one of the daedra from The Elder Scrolls series, specifically Morrowwind. "Sheogorath" was the name and I simply twisted it a bit and made up Sheosyrath; so unless I have a copy cat or my evil twin escaped my last attempt at murder you probably saw it with something of mine.

If you were to ask me whether or not I thought Mutational Alchemy is Chaos Magick, I would say of course (Isn't everything? :p). Now whether or not it's Hermetic Alchemy, I couldn't say, but perhaps in time I'll be able to make the distinction. I have some Heremtic literature, perhaps I should touch up. Blends are good too. So far I like Mutational Alchemy, although I know I've just begun to scratch it. I'm sure I'll be able to contribute something ;) I'll be around.
