The website seems to not exist. Did you keep a backup of the article?

I had no problem getting the site, but it looks a bit more new agey than Sufi really, and the general feel I get of this master Maharaj is also a bit dodgy:

Punditt would regularly give me talismans and charms, usually written on paper and placed in a sealed envelope. He never told me what they were for, but from time to time they were checked, and changed or replaced if necessary.

That just drips of egotism and unquestioning faith, whereas the Sufi way was one of teaching the student to think for themselves, deconstructing their conditioned ways of thinking.

The only nod to Sufism is that they incorporate Arabic associations into the powers of crystals (not knocking that, it's just that it's got very little to do with Sufism).

If you're still interested in looking, you might find something useful through this directory (http://dmoz.org/Society/Religion_and_Spirituality/Islam/Sufism/). My only suggestion (as with everything) is to keep your mind open and not accept something just because it comes from some "authority". Sufism is highly integrated into Islamic religion, and with that it has been heavily structured and practised within that hierarchy. As such (and this is probably just my opinion), it loses some of it's original potency as a mystical path towards liberated experience.
