"How To" divinations with Untunned TV

just recently read the Apikorsus from the L.O.O.N and it mentioned under the Techno Shamnism chapter about Divinations with Untuned TV,

could sumone please tell me how do i do this? if you have sites that go indepth with this sort of divination, that would be awesome.
