This one will feature a soundtrack of
philipglassian saxophones and pornwah guitars... :p

Fibonacci Tryst (no soundtrack yet)
I see that the youtube compression requirements have
made the flow a little less fluid than the dvd version... :(

You make me curious as to how you pull this stuff out of your hat. If you published a "guide to making kymotrophs", you might start a whole culture of mind-bending magick in motion :p
Have you picked out the guitars yet ? Found this recently  : Various Artists - Wakka Chikka Wakka Chikka: Porn Music For The Masses Volume 1 (http://www.archive.org/details/csr049)

I dropped the first track from the Wakka Chikka CD
in under the video as a 'placeholder', and it's a perfect fit...
The exact length, and it meshes up with the images...
Unfortunately, I'll get used to it and
then we still have to replace it... :(
I do have a good concept in mind,
though, that I want to try out... ;)

The process of making kymotropes couldn't be simpler:
Most Digital Audio Workstation (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_Audio_Workstation)s will
provide a waveform generator...
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/8/8b/AudacityScreenshotLinux.png/180px-AudacityScreenshotLinux.png
1. Type in your desired frequency and pick a waveshape
(sine, square, sawtooth, pulse) and the software
will spit out your little audio lego block...
Make as many different blocks as you'll need...
2. While you monitor your progress by
running the audio outputs of your DAW
into an oscilloscope set to XY mode...
And by automating all of the extensive mutational potential
of the DAW's balancing faders, pans, mutes, eq's, fx, etc...
Build something cool with the blocks...
3. Videorecord the results, add optional
post-production fx and audio replacement...
