that's pretty clever and not that far off the mark either. As computers get more and more powerful and we gradually shift over to more *organic* technologies, this whole spirit in a box thing is just going to get even more apparent.

I understand it may not be very long before they have perfected crystal memory chips that will ultimately be able to respond to direct thought commands for instance...the computers of the not-too-distant future may look a lot more like crystal balls than televisions...

So it's getting more classically magickal every day...
