Ci Celli Ddu

Henffych Well (That's "Ave" in Welsh)!
I'm Ci Celli Ddu, that's "Hound of a Black (=Dark) Grove", a name I've taken from Bryn Celli Ddu (http://www.stonepages.com/wales/bryncelliddu.html) on my native Ynys Môn (Isle of Anglesey).
I'm a Dyn Hysbys. That's literally a "Manifest Man" (ie a man who makes things manifest) and is basically a title for any Welshman who practices any form of magick.
I've been studying the occult since about the age of 10, and practicing ever since reading about sympathetic magic in The Golden Bough in the 80s.
Being a Celtic speaking Celt, it's no surprise that I've worked mostly with such deities as The Horned One and the Welsh Lleu, Manawydan, Gwydion, Math, Blodeuwedd, Rhiannon, Ceridwen and Arianrhod, as well as with such things as the Ogham and Celtic symbolism. Unfortunately all of the above have been hijacked by fluffy Right-Hand-Path Anglo-Saxon Pagans and Pseudo-Druids (or "Obi-wan Kenobies" as I call them), who can't even spell the names right, let alone pronounce them.
Most of what I've been up to has been inspired by Liber Null, which I came across for the first time in 1992: It spared me from wading through all that Crowley stuff and allowed me to create my own Welsh orientated thing.
Having said that, like other Chaos Magicians, I don't like to put all my eggs in the same mythos basket (although admitedly that's pretty much what I HAVE been doing), so I'm presently reading up on Luciferian and Lovecraftian stuff.
Nice to meet you all.
