Came up with this great way to heal the unconsciousness and body and the whole system and it is very easy to do.
The Breath of Fire is an ancient method of raising vibration by conscious fast-deep-breathing. You basically breathe in&out 1-5 times / second by doing it relaxedly and consciously. When you breathe this fast the whole body is filled with oxygen and it removes all kinds of mental blockages and what not. This technique combined with EMDR makes it a very powerful healing tool as with EMDR(Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) combined it processes the information within the unconsciousness and consciousness.
So basically what you need to do is to put your hand in front of you (perhaps 30-50cm) and then you swing your hand continously from far left to far right to far left and follow with your eyes while doing the Breath of Fire(you should make the speed of the hand the same as the breath). Meditate in this way and let anything that comes up come up and just let the breathing method and EMDR do it's tricks. But remember to not really push it, let your unconsciousness deal with the whole thing as it knows what is the best.
