Its a simple thing to do:

Create a negative energy Psi ball and compress it,continue to feed it and compress it untill you feel it is full,form it into an inverted black ankh and stick it between your targets shoulder blades,it will act as a bad karma magnet,everything they touch will turn to shit,LOL!

A hunk of rusty iron pipe works too,but alas there is a law against making it contact someones skull,there are no laws reguarding using magic to hex some one,LOL
