Huh, funny you should mention that. During a tunnel flight in May of 1994 I think, I flew through the tunnel and appeared before a curtain of energy that I JUST KNEW God was behind. From behind the curtain I heard a booming voice say, "You dont love me." and I was immediately reversing direction to fall down and I ended up in hell where 9 women "counseled" me. CRAZY!

I think its very different for males and females and we should talk more about this.

When I was young (many moons ago) I studied the Tao, but it entailed reading and meditating on the Tao Te Ching and the philosophy of by doing Nothing, Everything will be done.

My question is, when did Taoists become alchemists and occultists?

more like an egg, but it definately felt like something poking out of my forehead. like unicorns. neigh. I don't know what it is but I do know it occurred quite a time after I started having the initial Abrahadabra experiences. It seemed like more of an afterthought event in lieu of the more major occurrences. However, it was quite strange.

Seriously! Please tell more?Yes, well. You would first I think need to understand the frame of mind I was in. Everywhere this intelligence Ningishzidda was pressing on my brain trying to steer me through some course that he seems to have engineered. I don't like talking about gods. but some things I can't explain away to myself and I will settle enough for them. There were physical evidences I couldn't ignore - phonecalls, animals acting strangely to me, the fucking weather, visitors eperiencing the same phenomenon around me and so on. So it wasn't like I was just doing some dumbass wiccy wiccan shit.

So as I was at the height of this visual experience I had something quite traumatic happen - shan't mention it here of course as it is very disturbing. As I was looking out at this forest I saw these gold membranes surrounding the trees, and everything - they were gold or rose gold colored and it was if I could see into the future with them. I could see where the tree was going to go in the future and how it would grow, it was outlined by this rose-gold colour. And I found myself wanting to manipulate it, to make it grow more and so I "revved up" my mind and started focusing on that trying to, hmm, show off to whomever was with me - it felt like a presence. No, it was. I am sure. So then the gold color just started to fibrillate and the aura of the forest pulsed outwards.

In the evening some deer came out of the forest and stood next to the window of my room and it had begun to rain shortly after I did this experiment, which they did not do, I know that.

And then it would happen, that some weeks later if I laid in the grass I could see gold all over the plants and thinking to myself how beautiful it was, and remembered what Niguma says about that.

I don't have any links for you but perhaps i could find some. She is a Dakini who instructed the founder of the Shangpa Kagyu, but she did not found that school. (blehgh)

CRAZY!Hmm, when I met "god" or whatever it seemed like just meeting the part of myself I had forgotten, and then when I merged there was no one else - however my body couldn't contain all of the information so it shut down. In fact the only way I can experience it is by dividing into two parts, and i can place Jiva in one side or the other, but not both at once, there is still a feeling of division. It's complicated.

In afterthought it did feel like "Maya" would not loosen her grip until I loved her, as if she was protecting all of her creation from me, testing what I would do, but it felt like there was also another masculine intelligence pressing her to let me go also. The rush of power once you go beyond a certain barrier is incredible. But during all of these exercises I found myself letting go of all sorts of petty bullshit. The situation on earth is of course, very grave. So it felt like at some points as I gained my self I was overtaking maya herself, I was fighting other parts of myself of the female principle. And nothing could stop me - so she was my enemy, but also myself. And she knew it was only a matter of time so then I believe what is expressed is only a natural order.

I don't pay much attention to other partitions anymore except the ones necessary for survival.

Very interested indeed, I was not aware that Taoism had anything occult related or alchemical.

My question is, when did Taoists become alchemists and occultists?
They have always been alchemists and occultist in Taoism. I think they started it. There is even an entire religion built around Taoism with gods, sin and the end of the world. The Tao Te Ching has alchemical symbolism all through it but here in the west we seem to focus in on the doing-not-doing part of it. I think the focus on Taoism as a philosophical outlook is the new and mostly done in the west.

INteresting, Etumalku. My own interest in Alchemy is a bit more earthbound than many of the AF membership in that I have been working around metals to an extreme in my line of work over the years. As a metalfinisher I am in close contact with the dust of bronzes, silver, lead, gold, aluminium, copper, silicon, and iron and I have absorbed ( even with respirator and other protection) too much to be a good source of "Iron + . Ha. Combined with my daily testing of electrical/ electronics, I'm a pretty good source of "interference." So you can understand my geek nature for anything " metallurgy/alchemy" related. AV.

I think you are right about Taoism being thought of in the West as purely philosophical, Darin. Would be like thinking of Buddhism as having to do with alchemy. AV.

As far as I know, although I could be wrong, the term 'occult' is pretty recent. Like in the last 200 years or less... Might be worth checking out... now 'magic' is older than that...

First off, please detail your experiences! The more knowledge we have on this stuff the sooner somebody is going to figure things out.

Second I practiced TOTAL conservation of essence but I did experiment with raising kundalini through controlled sexual stimulation but never to orgasm or ejaculation.

Well, I have never practiced the one hundred days, as i said. But, here are my experiences;

1...I have experienced the emergence of a "smaller self" through the third eye, after a session of meditation. I was meditating on a ring in my abdomen, and I saw a golden drop fall down into what seemed like a clear pond. When it hit the surface there was a rush through my spine. It happened several times, until it broke up into my head, and i was "thrown out" of my third eye, and stood at the foot of the bed. I managed the same thing several times afterwards by using the same meditation, but after a while it only lead to a surge through my body, and it was never as clear as the first time.
At the time I was staying in my parent's summer house. My mother asked me the next morning what I was doing, if I had any strange dreams or such, as she had seen a clear blue light shine through the gap between the door and the floor to my room. This correlated with my experience, since the body I was in was clear blue, and I could see everything as clearly as if it was day, or as if I was glowing.


2...I have a hard time giving you a clear retelling of the first time/a time this happened, since it varies greatly and happens quite often, in varying degrees. Generally, 1/3 times I'm in this state during meditation, and up to 2 hours afterward. It started, though, after I had an OBE-ish thing where I ended up in a garden made out of crystals and rainbow-like structures and spoke for a while to it's avatar. That experience also shortly preceded the forehead-projection. I remember it was one of the first major experiences in my personal occult cv.

I am not sure if you mean that the world looked, physically, golden, or that you perceived the world as golden. I often have the sensation that I perceive the world in two layers, one actual and one "other".

When these happened I wasn't practicing any particular strain of meditation, I was just "observing" different parts of my body intuitively. However, the combination of breathing and focus i used has similarities to marrow-breathing.
I also practiced sexual retention at the period of my forehead-projection, although I gave that up shortly after (after 2 months, maybe a little less), since I didn't see the benefits so clearly at the time. Was being too eclectic to piece together what caused what.

Maybe these help explain some, maybe not. It is my belief that the results were accidental and personal, in that the results would not be the same for someone else. They relied on my state of mind and body at the time, probably.

Great with the video, Darin! It's really interesting hearing someone recount their actual experience of these things. I've never encountered someone who's done them! 2 follow-up questions, though;

1. did the orbiting of energy happen once a month, as in eg. the crossing over from full moon to emptying moon, or continuously over the period of one month.

2. Are you talking about 10 lunar cycles, or ten "western" months?

1- Once a month on or within 4 days of the full moon.

2- I counted by the lunar month but used the Jewish lunar calendar and not the Chinese lunar one.

I just remembered that Wang Liping mentions the exact same experience in "Opening the Dragon's Gate". I'll find the passage later, have to go to work now.

Also, I jut came up with another question; when doing marrow breathing, do you breathe into all the bones, or jut the ones with marrow? I used to do a similar thing, where I would breathe in through certain points, some into the marrow of the major bones (eg. femur, humerus), and some into vital points and organs. It was very revitalizing, I did it especially when I was ill or tired. When I did it regularly I would only need around 5 hours of sleep a night to be an energizer bunny all day...

I tried breathing into the marrow as you described in your 100 days video, and it had similar effects. Very nice feeling, all in all!

thank you for the videos darin! I must admit as of late i have been leaning more towards the video format as far as ingesting new information...i think perhaps more towards laziness or perhaps a lack of discipline..one would have to admit though for some it is an easier medium for learning in some sense. I'm much the same with my huge collection of audio lectures..most by alan watts and such...

As a side note..would'nt it be wonderful if we could produce some abrahadabra based video documentarys explaining some of the things we have been cooking up as of late. It could go towards our mission of applying what we have learned and seeing some seeds planted to bear fruit. We have the tech, we have a wonderfully concise system...of which myself i wish i was a bit more involved, however this seems to me to be a good sign that it would/should be conceptualized to that that next step.

Frater Luciferi, the video market is wide open. I would love to see some ritual work on video such as solitary and a group working of the LBRP. All I can find at the moment is High School kids doing stuff from the Simonomicon. I think the new generation is also more inclined to watch a video too. Who ever goes out and makes some good videos on Magick will be famous... if its marketed right.
