If we think that we the Tree, will function as a receiver/transmitter, to what we truly represent. We might also think of it as a Mirror which reflects what it receives. So with this mirror metaphor, we might mirror up Above and turn every piece of thought/emotion/ego/whatever to the Above to mirror God. This will heal us spiritually.
Now, on a flipside which very very few even knew, we can also mirror the Black Sun which we are living on. So turn the mirror down towards earth and mirror Earth itself. She is ready to heal everything you've got from this life and does it very fast, very percisely, and very very perfect. She's the best healer there possibly could be.
Turn your whatever is damaged towards earth or the root centre and mirror that. Or just draw energy up from the earth to the damaged place. Let Earth engulf you and heal you. It is unconditional towards all the beings living here.If you have trouble getting the connection up, go near an old tree and do it. Sit with your back against the tree and do it. It will get an accurate connection up.
There are mentionings in some of Castanedas books that they bury the person a few feet down below the Earth to let him heal. It has the same effect as this but more encompassing.
