(A friend of mine was developing this idea/ritual. I decided to go for it. I've just started, though. My left-hand definitely does feel different, and I did have strange sensations at my wrist up antil I "Pulled the stake out."
I noticed that now, when I look at the bible I'd used, it really makes my head hurt, and I must keep my focus/connection away from the book.
That's all I've noticed so far, day-1.

Unsealing your demonic side:
Freeing your hands:
(You should wash your hands before doing this.)
Cut out the first pages of the first 7 books of the bible, then set them upside-down, left to right, in reverse order.
Draw one of these letters on each page, and draw each letter backwards: Z,Y,X,W,V,U,T.
[U](Judges = Z)
(Joshua = Y)
(Deuteronomy = X)
(Numbers = W)
(Leviticus = V)
(Exodus = U)
(Genesis = T)
Stack them in front of yourself.
Now, place the last page of the bible (Revelations) right-side up, as you would [with any] a normal page. Place this on top of the other 7, and draw upon it, an upside-down, capital "A".
Pour a bit of gas on the pages.
Say the words: "side demonic my lock un.", 7 times.
Burn the pages.
Squash and rub the ashes only in your left hand, rub seven times, then throw the ashes down.
Visualize pulling out the pin/stake from your left wrist, with your right hand, after about 7 minutes, or more. It might not be easy, but freedom comes at a price, so do the best that you can with this. If you feel any tingling or strange sensations in your left wrist/hand, that's one of the more common symptoms; it's a sign of progress.
Remember and mark down the exact day, minute and hour in which you have done this.
Do not do ANYTHING with your left hand, for seven days and seven nights.

Then, once the numbers are done, say: "Lord away breaking freedom are arms my."

By now you should have your arms unhexed in a very special way, and your liberated arms will be quite useful for liberating your other parts, also.
After-all, things like magick and divination were "sins". [Powers that the Lord wished to suppress.]
The human-spiritual darkside -- was the individualistic self-defense systems which normally made spiritual oppression very difficult.
It was vital that the religious tyrants removed our darksides from us, to dis-empower the individual's "rights".
Circumcision, for example, had to do with the violation, removal and suppression of sexual/pranic freedom-on-earth.
The darkside has been so oppressed and abused, that in many persons it has been retarded and damaged deeply.
You must give as much lover, support and acceptance to your darkside -- as you can.
Make sure to do all of these rituals alone.
Make sure that no beings are watching, if there is even a slight chance of their intrusion.
Only lovers and best friends may be allowed to watch, if that.
Don't throw out that bible either, once you're done with this.
One of the later relics of the process will be the having of an inverted bible; I'll tell you how to make that later.
