Advanced grounding:
Steps:
1:
Cast a circle around yourself, by which ever means you prefer. The circle will help you to concentrate your energy, and block out interference. Sit comfortably, and if you wish, drink relaxing or meditative/vision-enhancing herbal tea, etc. [Or any other specific, ritualistic potion.]
2:
At the crown chakra [top of the head] visualize bright white light. Feel its texture, and draw it into the crown chakra. Say the word: "Sahasrara". Send fine, think, pink veins up out of your crown chakra, then integrate them as deeply and as harmoniously as you can with the white light.
(Some think that the white light has to do with "God", some feel that it has to do with the stars, but I'll guess it is relative to connections with higher dimensional energies, and full spectrum energies.
Ex: When someone dies physically, the soul comes out of the top of the head. The soul is made of higher dimensional energies and materials.)

At your "third eye" chakra [forehead], visualize the white light coming into that chakra. Say the word: "Ajna". Now, send purple roots from out of the third eye, up through the crown and up the beam of bright white light.
(Rooting up the beam of bright light has to do with energy-centers in the body connecting with higher dimensional processes/energies. Take your time with each of these steps; make it deep.)
4:
At the throat chakra, bring the bright white energy down into it. Say the word: "Vishuddha". Visualize blue veins coming out of it and traveling up the beam of light.
5:
Bring the bright white energy into the heart chakra now. Say the word: "Anahata". Cause the white energy to pulse with the same rate as the heart-beat. Send green roots up to the source of the light, around the other roots and light. Also, send red veins up to the light. Next, generate excess metaphysical blood and pump it up to the source of the light, and re-absorb the clear, higher dimensional fluid which returns. Raise the vibration frequency of your lungs, so that they become more "vital/electric".
(This stage in and of itself is a special form of energy-meditation already. Stay in this state until you feel that you are done. You can stop here, or keep going, but trust your instincts and don't force the changes.)

Bring the bright white energy down into the solar plexus. Say the word: "Manipura". Send a rush of yellow fluid from the chakra up the light, up as high as you can. Now root yellow and red veins up the bundled stock of energies, up out of the top of your head. Breath energy out and up the stock, then breath the higher energy in, down the stock.
7:
Bring the bright white energy down into the chakra which is above & behind the genitals [navel chakra]. Say the word: "Svadhisthana". Send up a rush of red fluidic energy out of that chakra. Send up a rush of thick, fluidic white energy to the top of the stock, also. Now send up orange veins and roots to the top of the stock.
(At this point, one can also pump their sexual forces up the stock, into the higher dimension, then draw back the reborn version of the carnal-creative energy. This should be a pre-ritual for all sex magick. The interchange of lower-to-higher dimensional carnal-creative-metaphysical-energies and materials.)

Bring the bright white energy down into the base chakra [above anus]. Say the word: "Muladhara". Send red roots out of your base chakra, deep into the center of the earth. Draw in and pump out the energy of the earth. Combine the energy of the earth with your base-chakra's energy. Then, spread it up the stock, up the chakras, up into the top of the bright light.
(At this time, one can also pump out and cleans cursed energy or corrupted/imbalanced energy, into the earth, and draw the balanced version back into thyself.)
If you want to just relax and stop here, then that's fine, but to make things more advanced... do more steps.

Say the word: "Overmind." In the very center of your head, a [usually] clockwise spinning/churning mind-core exists. It's relative to the realm of prebirth, creation and timeflow. Feel the fiber and texture of the infinite timeline potentials as they churn around inside of your head. Draw them out from the center to the outer part of the mind-core, and sent the thin fibers up to the very top of the bright-light. Also, send the thin fibers of the mind-core down into the center of the earth. Connect the threads in as wise a fashion as you can.
(You might be able to feel the speed which the earth turns, at this point, and see that turn-rate in your mind-core. Or not. Depends on what part of thyself each person is able to see. You might also see the galaxy itself. If you wish to draw energy from the entire universe in some way, then do so in harmony, now.)
(Now is the time for future-telling, precognition, psionic-time-travel, and advanced teleportation of energies, advanced creation, etc.)
If you want to just relax and stop here, then that's fine, but to make things more advanced... do more steps.

Say the word: "Overworld.".
Then, breath one word per natural breath, in unison, and say:
"Praxi -- Hiema -- Lotha -- Oguta."
[And visualize the sound going up the stock, into the source of the white-light.]
Now it may be possible to "lift" your entire existence in some way to a higher state, and move your essence in new ways, because you are near the "gate" of the "interdimensionals".
If you want to just relax and stop here, then that's fine, but to make things more advanced... do more steps.
