Ibisis, you've inspired me
to re-attempt juggling...
Any essential advice...?

Uhm. Go here (http://www.jugglingdb.com/compendium/startjuggling/learntojuggle.html). Essential advice is be patient and be persistant. The 3 ball cascade may seem hard but it is possible and you will be amazed at how easy it is when you get it. Also, once you get it don't stop. Try to find interesting varients and tricks and such. And also since you are such a math head, check out Burkard Polster's "The Mathematics of Juggling". One of these days we esotericists are going to go go to work on that stuff, I predict...

[from a different thread...]
You know, I always considered every circus trick
I learned as having a secret ability that it conveys.
The key is to find that out by exploring the skill.
Unicycling really develops what could be called the inner gyro,
in the Hara center, Juggling is sort of like mobile celtic knots...
Juggling seems to be a unique way to 'reveal' a glimpse of
the weaving energy pathways to the casual viewer...
If you juggled illuminated balls and filmed
them in a way that would show the trails,
the result would resemble a kymotrope...
