Zoints Profiles aren't gone. Something went amiss in the upgrade.
I'm trying to sort it out. Sorry for the inconvenience...

M1thr0s, if I could solve this for you, I would. I'm having the same problem on LadyMajora and have yet to hear back from somebody about it. I know the owner of LadyMajora got a new job that requires some traveling, but I'm hoping to know something soon.

I actually had it all installed but it looked all wrong to me. The real problem began once I uninstalled it, hoping a re-install would look better. Now I am unable to reinstall even the older version. I have spoken with David though...we should be able to work something out here.
There's a new version of vB out though if you happen to have 10 minutes for that. I have a copy of the vB upgrade if you have any trouble getting it.

so here is what's going on. Zoints launched a powerful upgrade to their profile system (now called Zoints Local) but it has a glitch in that existing profiles no longer link through the upgrade so if you have already built your profile, you would have to rebuild it to link it here, since really you wind up with 2 profile sets this way...one at Zoints and one at Abrahadabra Forums. They are working on an "export" solution to this but it isn't out yet.
I'm not really a tech person (I do ok but still...) but what happened from what I can gather is that the upgrade is so powerful with so many new options that it was beginning to run into conflicts with vBulletin files themselves. The cleanest solution was to contain everything in its own systems folder which is where everything is now housed. Unfortunately the older profiles add-on has no way to read this path and the new system was not backwards-engineered to accommodate this...nor would that really solve the whole problem. My guess is that the fix will essentially rewrite/redeposit these older paths into the new folder.
Rather than turn the new system on and confuse everybody, I am leaving it turned off until they have this fix released. They tell me it is a priority and these folks typically work pretty fast so it shouldn't be too long.
Sorry for the hassle...it was beyond my control. Your profiles are still in place but for now you will have to go to Zoints to find them...
mine, for instance, is at http://m1thr0s.zoints.com/ but I have no way to link it directly from here at this time.
Should be soon people...

OK m1thr0s, thanks for the briefing concerning the upcoming upgrade. I guess we wait now...

yeah...unfortunately there does not appear to be a way to roll the thing back to where it was prior to the upgrade.
So this is a little disappointing.

Update: Check your profiles everybody...we should be back to normal again. Just go to Zoints-->My Profile from the main page and you should be able to link to your Zoints Profile as before. Please let me know if this is NOT working...
Those of you who have NOT set up profiles should probably be seeing a prompt at the tops of your screens. You don't HAVE to set up a Zoints Profile page to participate in this site but we are connected through them because they bring a level of functionality to this site that we would simply not have without them.
They are making some adjustments to the upgrade that will allow existing profiles to not be lost in the new version which offers even more functionality than before. Once that is all in place we will try the upgrade again...
Thasnks for your patience folks, and thanks to David Chapman (at Zoints) for helping to sort out the fix...
