I've just realized I completely spaced doing any sort of introduction here.

I'm Lucian, though I was also called Derdekea at one time. I fled OF as it was sinking for the 5th?... 8th?... time or whatever.

This is a damn fine forum you have here, m1thr0s. I've been pouring over your Ningishzidda thread and finding it to be a great help in my own research. Right on!

I'm pretty much coming here with an empty cup. I know next to nothing, so I was thinking I would continue to lurk for a while and just soak up what I can.

Anyway, good to see you all! :D

Hey Lucian, good to see you here :tsmile:

I don't think any of us ever really is with an empty cup. It's very good to have you among us and I'm looking forward to seeing you around the forums...

ahhh, Lucian! empty cup, eh? well let's reload that puppy quick!

no need to wait for some super-genius thing to say you know...random thought processes are very often the most profitable things to pursue...

but there's very few rules here so play it however you like it. Very glad to see you here Lucian. :sunny:

From mother principle to cutting humourous satirist? Rather amusing.

Don't be too hard on Eric he's controlling a Bael gate there and trying to find ways to minimize the sacrifices involved. Not easy at any time, and the guy's got balls, must be said...

Turning to more important matters:

I'm pretty much coming here with an empty cup.

What size cup? :D

Whilst I like a woman who admits her own ignorance in demure humility, one hardly thinks that such is an appropriate attitude for a warrior who has shown as stern resolve as you have. One's Higher Purpose is simply this: to be who you essentially are over and above social conditioning and enviromental pressure factors. Through doing so, one begins to see clearly, and that is never an easy task to undertake and live in practice, as all around you will prefer their comfortable illusions and try to pressure you into holding to that set of lies, of supporting them in their essentially dishonest views of themselves which allows them to overlook their own cowardices and basic unethicality in action. In your case this authenticity was bought at an especially high price, I would say, and it is this process of 'knocks and cuts' which have given you the strength with which you shine today. It may not be a large body of formalized knowledge, but it *is* something far more important: a developed, superior character. And if I might be blunt, when you have spent much of your life irritated by the fact that people only consider you for your marvellous and very obvious breasts and good looks, is not being considered for your essential nature what you wanted? And I ask you: is your character more essentially you than an external, formalized body of knowledge would be?

Hence why, amongst other reasons, everybody here likes, respects and even in some ways looks up to you. We are mostly self-conscious people here on this forum I find, and so tend to be able to correspondingly pick up, or naturally be aware of, others' natures in a self-conscious way: ie conscious of their selves.

Except for me. I just view you as a fantastic pair of legs. I'm kinda shallow that way :p

all the best babes, and good to see you here!

some would say that becoming an empty cup was the height of attainment.
It's the cups full of mold and putrifaction that can accept nothing of value...

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone!

It's probably true that my cup isn't really empty per se. I've actually come a ways since I first started using occult forums. Having said that, alchemy is definitely new and intriguing territory.

I promise to amuse everyone with my first little insights and shouts of "eureka!".

Hey, Seb. Thanks for the words of encouragement. When did you get to the UK? I thought you had a thing against England... Or was that just English women?

A pleasure Lucian, you know I've always seen strong depths and power to you... rather than encouragement per se it's more that I like to bring that side of you to the fore more, because I find it beautiful, attractive and, um, kick-ass in a hot kinda way. Then with you living/being it more, I can appreicate it more... So it's entirely motivated self-interest on one level really...

Though I've been back and forth a bit, really I got to the UK this time round in February of this year. At the time it was because I'd been courteously asked to leave Greece by the government there at the time, if we're talking externals, because I felt I had some things to do in England at the itm eif we're talking internal sense. It's true that I don't like England particularly: it's over-regulated, self-righteous, unintense, lousy weather and not too dramatic/powerful nature and yes, the women as a rule are below par... though they are getting better, and some Elvenkind (complete with pointy ears and a fascination for Lord of the Rings, or similar stuff, yet still being 'realistic' enough of course...) are coming into my life here who are actually very beautiful and have that touch of darkness, force and passion which I like.

You still based in Colorado? What's it like up there now, still 'occupied america' and how's the overthrow of the established world order going? Always liked your spirit/fire, but it's how you translate that into practical, succesful practice which is where the real crunch comes in I feel. Definitely seems to be some fun options for troublemaking available there though methinks...

ps it is great to see you again btw. You're one of my favourite people believe it or not, prbbly because of your stylish arrogance and extreme beauty. Well, did say I was shallow in a deep kinda way...;)

all the best,
Sebastian / Oazaki.
