This is the downloadable, PDF version, with images/illistrations included. Some short notes about astral structures in general.
I forgot to include one image, that had to do with a muscle-fiber-structure, made out of "strings" [physics term, linear energy].

Contracting and expanding by means of specific frequency wavelength patterns, all in unison, complex frequency patterns are started and stopped at the root or connection points of the string-based musculature.

The more 'complex' fiber-structure would be cell-like, or literally, that of terrain-like astral cell-structures, which function in a very similar style to that of a material body, though these are of a far less dense substance.

Cubic and spheroid matrixes, which are connected and "3-dimensionally" flexible -- can be considered to be liquid-like musculatures, of which can push and pull in any direction. These 3D muscle-fiber-webs -- can behave both as a liquid, and as a solid. This may be a partial explanation for why decapitated astromorphs can reform or regrow in ways that organic bodies do not, or cannot. Also, this may explain why some astromorphs can shape-shift and pass through objects, or else, selectively, push solidly against objects, and retain a solid shape, as desired or chosen.
More complex versions of muscular-fiber-matrixes -- are energy forms which can geometrically become fractal, and then cave in upon themselves, in order to teleport themselves into new dimensions, etc. They can also take on triangular shapes, and puncture through the walls of one realm, and then, enter into another.
Coiled or wavy strings are much more stretchable and flexible than straitened strings of energy, and string based muscle matrixes would do best to be made of a properly made energy-coil-net, of which can stretch in many extremes, yet automatically holds its normal shape or form.

When building such structures, construction from "the bottom up" may be more free and liberating, but it also requires a ni absolute originality, more time, more wisdom, etc. Much easier it is -- to mix and match forms and systems which already exist in nature, astro-alchemical. (( Some astral chimera-like-monsters are an example of this process, of alchemic combination, potentially leading to compound forms. ))

The big difference between thoughtforms and astral-bodies:
Thoughtforms are merely ideas which can exist independently from the mind, and their persuasiveness of their own supposed reality -- is basically their only strength of influence. As a symbiont or parasitic, or even a predatory thought-form requires itself to be persuasive in order to impact the mind of its host in a deep degree, a thoughtform may mentally feel more real than a ghost which can physically alter EM fields and push objects around, though that thoughtform can do nothing physically, astrally or materially, and it's main capacity is its ability to cause sensation within the mind. This is the paradox of thought-based godforms, in that -- their ability to feel real -- is their main ability, thus the "gods" may feel even more real than an immaterial reality or being which is a literal form. But, if thoughtforms gain deep enough control over bodies [which are controlled by minds], thoughtforms can evolve and grow physical powers, by gleaning a bit of resource from the collective beliefs of animals. So, "fakes" can manifest as realities, once fed the means to do so, and many mythical religious biologies -- are simultaneously true and false, both at the same time.
One would do well to consider these thoughtforms as real beings, and not consider them as mere exploitable, dispensable objects, if thee wishes to have good communion. Now, if the shoe is on the other fool, how unpleasant it is -- when the more evolved sorts of demonics -- view animals as merely exploitable, dispensable, inferior objects.

Realities and planes, as view points:
The attributes of astral bodies -- is very similar to the sorts of things found within the fantastic fantasy realms, which the subliminal hungers of men, hath called for, and taken delight within, many many times. But those expecting astral life to be more materially powerful than material life -- have put too great an expectation upon the average capacity of astral beings. Most of them cannot really effect the physical world, and fall short of the extreme expectoration portrayed in various Holywood fantasms. An example of this would be: the rarity of which dead members of a family are able to manifest and physically comfort their materially-animate loved ones. Virtually all of the human "dead" wish to comfort and teach the living of their condition, in some way or another, at first, but as they usually are not physically powerful enough to do so, and as most humans both fear and hate ghosts -- they let go of their will to physically effect things, and focus on the more important threats to their own existence.
The astral plane, like so many others, is not "another reality". It is part of this universe, and is in this reality, but it is a class of perception and influence which is not very physically pronounced. The dualistic separateness of astral and physical -- is only felt within beings which cannot both effect clearly, and see clearly, each "realm". Influence, and awareness, are the only real barriers between realities, and the limits of one realm's effect upon the other -- are actually personal limits of the viewer.

Terran-Astromorphics:
One of the most interesting points about the ideology of the body creating its own soul -- is that thy spiritual-self is not something inherited and controlling thee, nor is the spiritual-self in eternally re-occurring incarnation of determinism. It is a structure, which can be both built and destroyed. And as such, it is potentially under the full control of the body. It also allows one to be able to relate to almost all Terran spirits, in that the viewer knows they all originated within physical matter, thus explaining the unusual, potential sexual attractions between organic-material bodies -- and various spirits which are supposedly from other realities. But, sex itself is a Terran concept, found within Terran beings, and biologically oriented systemics.
Understanding -- and engineering the parts of a material body which grow and guide its soul -- leads to the ability to create souls, destroy souls, combine with souls, learn from souls, teach souls, and eventually, transcend souls and spirits. Ignoring such a potentiality -- may leave thee in the same position that the ghosts of the lay-people stand in.

It is possible to create an astral clone of almost any material instance or structure. One of the first tasks I would recommend to Terrans, would be to make a clone of one's Terran brain, DNA and memories, etc., stored within a core, built in and out of one of the more stable, higher dimensions. Designed to be subtle, cloaked and resilient. Later on, build for this core -- self-control, self-advancement, mobility and self-replication; effectively creating a fairly useful vehicle, for "higher" functions of consciousness, existence and form.
Geometric structure and order can exist on any scale, if made of a suitable substance or energy. After its creation, conscious access from a larger scale -- is a question of magnification. First, "pin-pointing" the desired instance, and then, amplification of the attributes of the desired instance, can lead to a small scale -- manifesting on a large scale, and vice-versa. Once one finds a suitable means, it is possible to create unlimited complexity, at any scale.

Reincarnation:
Engineering and controlling one's own "reincarnations" -- is considered by some -- to be of the most advanced magicks. Clinging like a leech -- to the concept that manifesting form on an old solid crust, on a little planet -- somehow validates, and is, individual preservation, and "immortality"? I warn thee now, it is possible to control and engineer any sort of incarnation a master wishes, creating many clones of the master's "soul", all across a crust, as the nodes subliminally feed the master and empower it; and even this -- is merely a form of parasitic or symbiont planetary grounding. One little planet, of the untold trillions, and the planets are not very strong...
Reincarnation is not immortality. It is the same old concept of Terran replication, with a few new quirks. Namely: hereditary astral substance.
There are those who suggests strongly visualizing something at the point of death, to guide thy soul, somehow, to a desirable new location. Why not restructure that soul, so that it required not one Terran thought for guidance, and could think for itself, even more clearly that a matter-brain could? Much better it would be, to build an immaterial body, superior to a material human form, which could house many acquired souls at a time, and create new souls, also.
