Spare's Two Tracts on Cartomancy

Anyone here have Austin Spare's Two Tracts on Cartomancy (http://www.the-book-of-thoth.com/reviews-8.html)? If so, opinions on it? Have you used his Surrealist Racing Forecast Cards for anything?

OK then, that's cool too. Since I am not someone who bets on horse races I don't have much use for these Surrealist Racing Forecast Cards (I'd like to try them out sometime in the future though just for the fuck of it and see if I can rake in the megabucks) but I do find Spare's basic theory of card divination interesting and sound. I guess that is about all I have to say about this little book.

What is that basic theory? A more detailed online article would be more helpful than the link you have supplied.
