Nature seems to have a preference for 5 look at most common flowers, but I realise you can't generalise. Also I question do you see this as a symetric action because you recognise the shape is 5 asymetric because it's an odd number whereas six in even. Even asymmetric patterns could be seen as symetric in another context.
If you're in an infinite universe, then you're always in the centre- symmetry occurs. But if universe is finite then is your location asymmetric? Seems to be the old 'observer and observed" issue.
